Director of the Propaganda and Exchange Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau, Director He Yuhong, Director of the Travel and Tourism Hotel Management Office of Guangzhou Cultural Broadcasting and Tourism Bureau, Mr. Li Ruojun, Feng Xiaohong, Guangzhou Tourism Business Vocational School President Wu Haohong, School Enterprise Office Director Huang Guoting, Zeng Jianyun Director, Director of Tourism Department Guo Weiyao, Chairman of Guangzhou Travel Agency Association Li Xieju, Deputy Secretary-General Qi Mingde, Chairman of the Guangzhou Regional Association, Mr. Hua Sui, and Secretary-General Zou Yirong attended the meeting.

The meeting agreed that the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau and the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Television will jointly become the business supervisory unit of the association. The Education Bureau and the Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism Bureau jointly guide the operation and development of the Association. The Secretariat communicates with the Social Organization Administration in accordance with the implementation schedule and implements the relevant work prepared by the Association.
